Flavia De Varona is the President of New Level Medical Billing Services. Since joining the organization in 2025, she has held several key leadership roles, including National RCM Director and Chief Operating Officer, before assuming her current position. As President, Flavia leads a team of executives dedicated to client acquisition, the adoption of innovative technologies, and the resolution of complex clinical billing challenges — all with the goal of enabling healthcare providers and patients to stay focused on care and treatment.

With over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Flavia is dedicated to driving client success and supporting the company’s operations.

Before joining New Level, Flavia earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida. She served as the National RCM Director at Edgemed Healthcare, a revenue cycle management company based in Boca Raton, Florida. In that role, she was responsible for overseeing the RCM division nationwide, managing billing and collections for more than 300 multi-specialty providers and leading a team of over 100 employees. 

In addition to her role at Edgemed, Flavia has over a decade of experience in operational leadership, spanning multiple areas within healthcare administration.
